Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Sealed products must not be opened
- Products must include all original tags and labels
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened skincare and cosmetic products
- Food and nutrition supplements (once opened)
- Personal care items that have been used
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards and vouchers
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective product
- We will arrange a free pickup and replacement/refund
- Full refund including shipping costs will be provided
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Zivot account
- Go to "My Orders" and select the order
- Click on "Return Items" and select the products
- Choose your reason for return
- Select pickup or drop-off option
- Pack items securely in original packaging
Alternatively, email us at returns@zivot.com with your order number and reason for return.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be initiated within 5 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days
6. Refund Amounts
Refund amounts include:
- Full product price
- Original shipping charges (only if return is due to our error)
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for change of mind returns. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Cancellations
Order cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (please initiate a return instead)
- Cancellation requests can be made through your account or by contacting support
